Cavitation & Radio Frequency
What is Cavitation
Fat is stored in special cells, which the low frequency ultrasound that we use during the treatment breaks up into small particles and then liquid. This is known as “cavitation”. This liquid is then easily removed from the body via the lymphatic and urinary systems.
What is Radio Frequency
Radio-frequency skin tightening is an aesthetic technique that uses radio frequency (RF) energy to heat skin with the purpose of stimulating cutaneous collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid production in order to reduce the appearance of fine lines and loose skin.

How does Cavitation work?
During the cavitation procedure, low frequency sound waves vibrates the membrane of fat cells causing them to disperse and release fat into the lymphatic drainage system and be urinated from the body, creating instant inch loss, as well as long term reduction in really stubborn areas of fat that are typically resistant to exercise.
What kind of results can I expect?
Results can vary between clients, depending on size and amount of treatments received, however you should see a reduced circumference in the treated area (due to the fat cells release) usually from the first treatment.
How long does it last?
Cavitation does not destroy fat cells, rather, it empties them of their contents, which means the cells are capable of storing fat again. A balanced diet is the only way to ensure not to fill those cells back up again!
What areas can be cavitated?
Cavitation can be done to all areas that have stored excess fat, usually found in the
abdomen, upper arms, sides and thighs.
How often can I have the treatment?
Treatments cn be repeated after 72 hours offirst treatment. I would recommend
weekly treatments. On average 6-8 treatments are recommended but this depends
on size and shape of the client.
What is Radio Frequency & Vacuum therapy?
RF is the controlled heating of fatty layers under the skin where collagen is
embedded, the procedure;
• Creates tissue tightening
• Shrinks fat cells
• Reduces appearance of cellulite
What areas can be treated?
All areas of skin that is in neede of firming;
• Fatty areas
• Face, line lines, wrinkles, eyes, jowls, neck
• Acne scarring
• Stretch marks
How often do I need treatment?
This depends between clients, results are often seen on first visit, 6 procedures are recommended weekly, the effects of radio frequency therapy are best seen 2 months after the final treatment as collagen will have been stimulated and the new production will start to show.
Once your course is complete, we would also recommend a monthly maintenance for 4 months followed by a quarterly maintenance.
Is cavitation or RF painful or uncomfortable?
No, thetreatments are non invasive, no pain is felt, it should be a relaxing experience and the time it takes depends on the area we are working on. Ranging from 15 mins to 1 hour.
